Rebecca Maury MD (she/her) is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Hospice and Palliative Medicine, with over 20 years of clinical experience in both fields. Prior to medical school, she trained in therapeutic bodywork/energy work and clinical herbal medicine. She has maintained a dedicated meditation practice within the Dzogchen tradition for over 15 years. Motivated by profound experiences with both of her grandmothers during their end-of-life journeys, Rebecca has been drawn to working with the dying since childhood, and is deeply honored to support those at the sacred threshold of death. 

In 2021, she co-founded Threshold Collective, an organization that hosts community events focused on death and grief, fostering opportunities for communal connection, dialogue,and ritual with the aim of transforming societal relationships to these universal experiences. She works collaboratively with a group of artists on the Philadelphia Death and Arts Fest, which had its inaugural event in Spring of 2024. She works privately with clients who are facing the end of life and their families, providing emotional and spiritual support as well as support with systems navigation, medical decision making, and end of life planning.

She is also the founder and president of Herbal Care Rx, a service founded in 2018 that provides compassionate, affordable cannabis certifications and cannabis education within the PA medical cannabis program.
