
Suzanne Rotondo is the founder/principal of Redshift Leadership, a global management consulting and leadership consultancy based in Philadelphia. She has served organizations such as the Obama Foundation, Netflix, Healthcare without Harm, DOROT Services for Elders, AMNA Support for Refugees, ABC News and Open Society Foundation. She has a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Harvard's Kennedy School of Government.
She entered the end-of-life field after losing her mother and father, which led her to learn about the importance of a clear end-of-life care plan and the full range of comfort care available. She has since become a trained death doula and a Penn hospice volunteer. Suzanne serves as a Board Member for the Omega Home Network, the Philadelphia Cultural Fund, and the Georgie Badiel Foundation.
